Rob manages UCIT’s strategy, finances, and operations. His investment firm (Auxo Management) purchased a stake in UCIT Online Security in April, 2011. Prior to UCIT, Rob worked in strategy and business management at Morgan Stanley in New York. At Morgan Stanley, he managed a team of professionals to aid management in a successful turnaround effort in the Global Wealth Management Division, with a specific focus on market planning, compensation, client experience, talent management, cost-cutting, and real-estate. Rob has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also received an Honours Business Administration (HBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, where he was an Ivey Scholar (top 10% every year).
Julie is the mother of six and a co-founding VP of Mabel’s Labels, the leading provider of labels for the stuff kids lose! Mabel’s Labels has grown from basement start-up into an award winning, celebrity endorsed, international phenomenon. As company spokeswoman, Julie is well-known amongst North American entrepreneurs and has led numerous speaking engagements, from university business classes to TV appearances including NBC’s The Today Show, CityLine, Breakfast Television, The Marilyn Denis Show, Metro Morning, Better TV, The Mom Show, Fox 5 San Diego and WGN’s Midday. Her writing has also appeared in Chicken Soup For the Soul — Power Moms and numerous websites. Mabel’s Labels has been featured everywhere from The View to Forbes.com, and recently made Inc.com’s list of 20 Awesome Facebook Fan Pages.
Josh Singer is president and founding partner of Kognitive Marketing, a field marketing agency that specializes in recruiting, training and staffing promotional representatives to maximize sales. Since its beginnings in 2006, the company has experienced rapid growth: It employs more than 90 full-time staff and 500 promotional representatives.
Michele Romanow has a passion for building technology companies. She is a co-founder and partner of Buytopia, one of Canada’s leading e-commerce companies. Her latest venture, mobile savings platform SnapSaves, was recently acquired by Groupon.
Michael Hyatt is the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of BlueCat Networks and a recipient of the Top 40 Under 40™ Award. Michael also co-founded Dyadem, a highly successful software company that was acquired by IHS (NYSE: IHS) and is a weekly business commentator on CBC Newsworld. Michael also Chairs his family charity foundation.

The Entrepreneurship Society was set up to bring successful Canadian entrepreneurs together, and to help them make meaningful, lasting connections. We offer quarterly events with intimate learning sessions on topics of interest to these high-growth business owners, offering quality networking opportunities.
Sean Stanleigh is a veteran journalist who has held senior editing positions at two of Canada’s largest and most influential news organizations: The Globe and Mail and the Toronto Star. Sean is a mentor and adviser for several non-profit business organizations.
Bill Hennessey co-founded Oxford Marketing, one of Toronto’s most successful marketing and events firms. He also owns Qwatro RoyalPak, which is a cleaning-products manufacturer. Bill was named one of 20 winners of the 2012 FuEL Awards.
